So far I’m 3/3 for getting into my classes, and I’m really excited about them. Working five days a week instead of three and taking two classes with lab instead of one is going to be to be a lot harder, but it’s good to look at my future and see it filling up with productive things. 8:00 classes were a lot easier when I woke up for crew though. And when I could go back to my room and nap right after.
So I got an iPhone, and now I’m taking more pictures of my food. Here’s what I’ve been eating lately:
Work snack! Greek yogurt a free sample (my mom does a lot of surveys, so we get random samples) of Kashi banana chocolate chip granola bar (it needed more chocolate. And more delicious).
Sunday’s dinner. The extended family came over, and we had pot roast, massaged kale, and winter vegetable puree.
Tonight’s dinner: roasted chicken with cajun spice, and cherry tomatoes, rice, and some microwaved Indian veggie glop.
Lamb burgers (they were teeny, almost like lamb sliders, but delicious!), sweet potato fries, and sauteed kale.
